Annie and Brea are super !!!! They are so kind and compassionate with the patients. And Stephanie- the pathologist- is great. The receptionist was awesome. The desk clerk young man was very helpful. And setting up the follow up appointment at the checkout desk was a breeze. She knows how to take care of the patients. And Dr Mittal is the best. She doesn’t sugar coat anything. She’s very concerned about her patients well being.

Went here to get DOT physical renewed company paid for. After filling out forms they said I had pay $40 above what company pays cause I smoke which to me was ridiculous. Guess they should charge people that eat unhealthy also. They also thought one of my medications Bern taking for years was against DOT rules but it's not. If going do DOT physicals it would be helpful if they would know the rules and laws and not just guess. Never go back here for anything again.

The front desk rep Jennifer was of no help. My child was seen 6 days ago and has the same symptoms while being on antibiotics. I attempted to find out a timeframe for when the nurse would return a call, Jennifer “I have no idea”. I asked can I speak to billing to see how much the appt would be as my child was just seen, Jennifer “we can’t verify ins over the phone”. I have called other places who took the ins over the phone and verified the amount of visit before having to go in with a sick child. Can’t make an appt for a sick visit (last appt wait time was 2hrs). Don’t know if the appt will be a nurse appt or sick appt until after speaking with the nurse. Not sure why they answer the phone and then say IDK to every question.

Beware of this place. I have a raging case of strep throat and the doctor allegedly called in my antibiotic to start the day after my visit since I got an in-office antibiotic shot. I go to pick up my Rx this morning and nothing is there. I call the clinic and was told it was never called in but that they will “message the provider” to address. It’s now afternoon, I’ve missed a dose and nothing. I call back again and am told that the providers are busy but, “hopefully they will get back to me today,” as if I’m not actually sick and this isn’t time sensitive. I very nicely asked if she could physically get up and go talk to someone because I am SICK. To her credit the receptionist finally did physically find someone. There was no explanation given as to why the Rx was never sent in. As of now, I still do not have the Rx and will be formally complaining to my insurance company. Save yourself. If you’re sick or caring for someone sick, the stress of dealing with their incompetence is not worth it. If you need an antibiotic, you probably don’t have the strength to fight for it.

Everyone was so wonderful. I am so grateful to be able to receive treatment at this location whenever I am sick. The PA was so incredible and knowledgeable. The receptionist was also so incredible and I am so grateful for her patients with answering any questions I had regarding cost of services. I'm a student and on a budget and was able to get my exam and a prescription that I could afford at this facility.
